If you are experiencing issues with the CastIt iOS app or the CastIt - Receiver app on your TV, we're here to help.

Common Issues:

  • TV not discovered: Ensure your phone and TV are connected to the exact same Wi-Fi network. Check if your router has "AP Isolation" or "Client Isolation" turned off.
  • Video won't play: Some websites use proprietary DRM encoding which blocks casting. Try a different video source.
  • Connection drops: This is usually caused by network interference. Try restarting your router and the CastIt - Receiver app.
